Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Excel Sleep Products only if there was an error on our end. All other circumstances the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Limited Warranty
​
Our Memory Foam Mattresses carry a 10 year Limited warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of defect with workmanship/material we will replace the product within the limited warranty conditions.

Exclusions to Manufacturing Defect
- Normal Softening/Sagging that is less than 1.5".
- Damage due to misuse.
- Staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns.
- Use of a mattress on a base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress.
- Unauthorized services during the warranty period.
Terms & Conditions of Warranty
- Warranty on the Mattress will only be available in the case of product failure due to manufacturing defect.
- Product Failure is limited to sagging of the core of the Memory Foam Mattress.
- Warranty will be available only under proper use of the product.
- Warranty is not applicable on any claim made other than for the benefit of the original purchaser.
- If you purchase a Memory Foam Mattress and only the cover is defective (not the mattress) we will replace the cover and not the entire mattress.
- Warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from our website www.excelsleepproducts.com (not via Amazon or Ebay).
- Please retain a copy of your order number/invoice as proof of purchase. You will need to submit this in order to make a claim.
- We require photographs of the entire sleeping surface of the Mattress and any visible faults. Failure to send photographs of the defect may result in a replacement being delayed or the claim being denied.
- All genuine claims will be settled within 30 working days of the original claim date.
- Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
- The final decision on the warranty will be made by Excel Sleep Products and reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim if it doesn't fulfil the Warranty Terms and Conditions.
